Background

Quintet is a platform for multi-unit franchise operations and management.  Tom Allin and Jonathan Kelly built an enduring friendship over the last decade in Asia.  Together they bring a deep rooted belief in the opportunities afforded by bringing people, ideas, and process together to foster meaningful purpose in the lives of others.   This mindset affords the opportunity to deliver customer experiences that both delight customers and allow us to be partners with employees, vendors, and franchisors.  That said our culture is seeped in a commitment to three ideas: Grow, Lead, & Change!

Thomas B. Allin

Tom Allin has been a trailblazer in the QSR space from his early career assignment turning around McDonalds France to his time as the first Veteran's Experience Officer at the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs.  Tom has consistently been focused on delivering customers an experience that invites them back, time and time again, to his establishments.  

Tom has previously served as the Head of McDonald's Europe Middle East & Africa, President of Gordon Biersch, Founder of Jinja Bar & Bistro, and Chief Executive of Jollibee Foods Corp.
